Do you limit the number of pageviews or users?
Pageviews and user accounts are unlimited. Our plans are based on the number of online members, which is usually much better value than paying per pageview.
What is an online member?
An online member is someone with an account on your site, browsing while logged in. Typically only a small proportion of members are online at a given moment.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Members can still log in freely. If you go over the limit on a number of occasions, we'll ask you to upgrade to a larger plan.
What happens to my data if I want to leave?
We promise to provide you with a copy of your data, for export into another forum service.
